Our full grooming service covers every aspect of coat care from start to finish, adapted for each dog individually. Sessions begin with a coat assessment, then move through the full process at a relaxed pace with the dog's comfort as the primary consideration.

Suitable for: All breeds and ages from six months onwards. Dogs with matted coats will receive a pre-session assessment and we will discuss the kindest approach with you.

The first few grooming experiences a puppy has will shape their attitude to grooming for the rest of their life. This introductory session is a calm, positive, exploratory experience rather than a full groom. We move slowly, let the puppy investigate the equipment, and keep the session short to build trust.

Suitable for: Puppies from approximately 12 weeks (once vaccinations are complete) to around six months.

Cats require a very different approach to dogs. Sessions are carried out with patience, a calm demeanour, and a thorough understanding of feline body language. We regularly check in with the cat throughout and allow rest breaks as needed.

Ideal for dogs between full grooms that need a refresh, short-coated breeds that do not require trimming, or owners who handle trimming themselves and want a professional clean and brush-out. Also a gentle starting point for dogs new to professional grooming.

Particularly useful during seasonal coat changes, this treatment focuses on removing loose undercoat before it ends up around your home. It uses specialist shampoos and professional brushing techniques to loosen and remove the undercoat efficiently, with noticeably reduced shedding in the weeks following.

Suitable for: Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Border Collies, Huskies, Corgis, and other double-coated or heavy-shedding breeds.

Adapted for older dogs and cats with arthritic joints, thinner skin, or reduced tolerance. Sessions are paced slowly with regular rest periods, gentler products, and no rushing. The session takes as long as it needs to in order to complete comfortably.

Standalone nail clipping for dogs and cats. Overgrown nails can alter gait and place strain on joints over time. We take care around the quick and err on the side of caution with dark nails.
